Customer Support Specialist
Position: Customer Support Specialis

What we're looking for:
We are seeking a proactive and sales-oriented Customer Support Specialist who can ensure a positive and seamless journey for our clients at CODED. This role involves handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, generating leads, and maintaining ongoing communication with customers to enhance their experience. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of CODED bootcamps, particularly focusing on customer interactions and support.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support:Create and manage a customer support system using a CRM.
Answer inquiries on all platforms and channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and emails.
Automate processes when possible to improve efficiency.
Document all customer requests and inquiries, and follow up with potential customers.
Regularly report to the operations team on customer situations.
Communicate customer needs and questions to the marketing team for clarification in marketing campaigns.
Report to management on any inbound business inquiries and follow up on them.
Lead Generation and Sales:Proactively communicate with customers to generate leads.
Conduct advisory calls and set up tours for potential students.
Set and achieve conversion KPIs.
Innovate ways to enhance the applicant experience and convert inquiries into enrollments.
Reach out to potential applicants and follow up on previous inquiries.
Communication and Coordination: Conduct interviews and tours for prospective students.
Ensure consistent and proactive follow-up with customers across various channels.
Coordinate with the creative team to ensure customer inquiries and feedback are addressed promptly.
Qualifications:
Fluent in written and spoken Arabic/English.
Sales-oriented with the ability to generate leads.
Proactive in communicating with customers and following up with them.
Strong phone and physical presence and convincing communication skills.
Basic understanding of technical languages/frameworks and their uses.
Experience with CRM systems and customer support tools.
Knowledge of Figma and Postman is a plus.
Driver’s license
