Job Description
The IT Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and networks. They will provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure the smooth operation of all IT equipment and software. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of IT systems and networks, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 Years experience in IT Service Desk role/ IT Technical support/ IT Project Coordinator role
Skills
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
