Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Greeting Guest: provide a professional first impression and meet the high guest expectation
Reservation Management: manage and escort guests to their reserved tables or walk-in guests, ensuring accurate records
monitor the tables to optimize table turnover, coordinate with the supervisor to ensure a smooth flow of service, and work closely with the staff help them to enhance the customer experience
keep smile and the station clean and organized, the menu the reservation list well presented, and has good communication, farewell guests and make sure the guests leave satisfied with the last impression
attention to the details reservations
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
