As an E & I (Electrical & Instrumentation) Project Manager, you will lead and manage complex projects from inception through to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a high level of technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of E & I projects.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a diverse project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Budgeting & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Experience: 10-15 years of experience in managing Electrical & Instrumentation projects.
Certification:PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.

Education: A degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in project management software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
