Urgent opening for Store In Charge.

Job Description:
• Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
• Maintain optimal stock levels;
• Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re- order level to order from supplies;
• Review physical inventories periodically;
• check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents;
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
• Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice;
• Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.
• Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
• Coordinate the handling of freight.
• Compiles report of expenditure, and monthly stock report;

Job Requirements:
• Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
• Familiarity with best practices and standards in warehouse environment
• Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
• Ability to safely and legally operate a forklift
Skills to operate common office equipment.
Holds a Valid Kuwait driving license.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of (5) years experience in storekeeping, inventory control,
Attributes: Ability to Manage and train store staff.
Well-versed with computer applications (mandatory).
