Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced female accountant with a strong grasp of cloud-based accounting solutions and expertise in migrating and managing existing accounting software. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless transition and efficient management of our accounting processes.

Responsibilities:
• Accounting Proficiency:
• Utilize expertise in cloud-based accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero, Sage Intacct) to manage and streamline financial operations.
• Implement best practices for cloud-based accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Software Migration & Management:
• Lead the migration process from existing accounting software to cloud-based platforms, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, plan, and execute software migrations while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
• Provide training and support to staff members to facilitate a smooth transition and optimize utilization of new accounting software.
• Financial Record Maintenance:
• Oversee the maintenance of accurate financial records and ledgers on cloud-based platforms.
• Perform regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate financial reports and provide insights through data analysis, offering valuable inputs for strategic decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with advancements in cloud-based accounting technology and recommend enhancements or software upgrades to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in accounting, preferably with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of popular accounting software and proficiency in using cloud-based platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Base on Experience - 450 up to 650 KWD

Experience:
• Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
• Must be Fluent in Arabic and English

Ability to Commute:
• Kuwait City (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
• Kuwait City: Relocate before starting work
