Are you passionate about maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment? We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Helper/Cleaner to join our central kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced culinary setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Cleaning: Maintain the overall cleanliness of the kitchen. This includes washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of garbage.
• Food Preparation Assistance: Help with basic prep work like peeling vegetables, cutting fruits, and preparing simple dishes.
• Equipment Maintenance: Clean and store kitchen utensils and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing kitchen stock by unloading deliveries and organizing storage areas.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict food handling and storage standards, and maintain a safe kitchen environment.
• Team Support: Provide support to chefs and cooks, especially during peak times.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Is physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Has a keen eye for detail and prioritizes cleanliness.
• Can work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Has a positive attitude and is a team player.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not mandatory.
