Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Type: [Full-Time/Part-Time
Responsibilities:
· Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
· Understand clients' decoration needs and offer tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
· Present and demonstrate our range of decoration products and services to prospective clients.
· Provide accurate and competitive price quotes to clients.
· Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
· Keep updated on industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
· Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales, and transactions in our CRM system.
· Attend industry events and trade shows to network and generate leads.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
· Knowledge of interior decoration and design is a plus.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
· Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
