Inviting applications for the position of “Marketing & Supply Chain Executive”(Engineer) :
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Proactive management of stock order forecasting and coordinating with the warehouse on a regular basis to determine items for ordering.
• Preparing a SKU list that accounts for lead times based on item movement and production lead times, and consistently monitoring stock levels.
• Prompt handling of inquiries and ensuring price quotes.
• Maintain and update payment and order lists weekly, with daily follow-ups on pending orders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinating with the finance department on outstanding payments to the Suppliers.
• Monthly stock updates with the logistics team to monitor stock movements.
• Maintaining up-to-date distributor agreements with all manufacturers and overseas suppliers.
• Updating sales reports by brand and key products on a quarterly basis.
Qualifications:
• Good communication and proficiency in the English language.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Technical product knowledge, preferably with a background in mechanical engineering (BTech Mechanical Engineering).
