Urgently required for a major company in Kuwait (recruitment from inside Kuwait)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Al Ameeri Group Holding located in Kuwait City. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations, managing resources, improving operational processes and policies, ensuring quality and monitoring workflow, and developing relationships with clients and stakeholders. They will also be responsible for managing a team and maintaining effective communication between departments.
They must have practical experience in the following disciplines :
Operations managers with experience in electronics and automotive retail
Operations managers with experience in the field of retailing boats, yachts and mariners in general

Qualifications

Experience in operations management, with a focus on process improvement and quality assurance
Project management skills and experience in managing resources effectively
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to maintain employee engagement and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Experience in the business and/or finance industry is a plus
