Hassan Abul Co. is looking for a high-caliber candidate for the following position:

“HR Manager”

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Human Resources Management.
• Proven experience of a minimum 10 years in the HR field in well-known organizations in Kuwait with a focus on leadership roles.
• Previous experience in the industries of manufacturing and building materials is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, industry trends, and Kuwait labor law.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing, mentoring, and coaching HR teams (recruitment, OD, administration, and payroll).
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
• Fluency in the English language is mandatory; Arabic language is a plus.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze all the necessary HR metrics and optimize processes.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization.
• Ability to provide coaching, counseling, and support to managers and different types of employees.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and on specific requirements and tight deadlines.
• Excellent innovative skills with the ability to propose new ideas for improvement to the upper management.
