Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls, and emails professionally.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
- Deliver high-quality customer service. Following up with customers for feedback on service provided.
Requirements:
- Communication & MS skills.
- Bilingual.
- Flexible to work in shifts
Work conditions:
- 8 working hours + 1 hour break.
- 1 day off ( not fixed )
- 280 KWD + yearly bonus
