Hiring IT Support/ IT Technician In Kuwait
Key Responsibilities
• Good Knowledge of MS Dynamics AX 2012 end-users first level of troubleshooting and preferred of further levels.
• Configuring new desktops / Laptops, routers, modems, and similar devices.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Responding to Printer Issues / Toner changing and maintaining stocks without interrupting Users.
• Users PC windows update/ application update, Hard drive replacement for the Users PC.
• Manage and support LAN and WAN Network devices.
• Installing new Network Points for the users whenever if required. (Cabling and crimping network Points). • Maintaining IT Assets lists & documentation.
• Coordinate with IT team for preparing the documents as requested for the company.
• User’s & System backup weekly schedule Troubleshooting Network issues with user’s connectivity. (Wireless & Lan) IT spare PC / Desktops / Spare parts maintain properly and keep the place arranged and the devices keep ready if any urgent requirement.
• Good Knowledge of MS Dynamics AX 2012 end-users first level of troubleshooting.
