We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician to join our team and provide comprehensive technical support for both hardware and software systems. This role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of various IT components to ensure efficient and secure operations.

Responsibilities:
1) Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by users, providing timely and effective resolutions.
2) Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, servers, and peripheral devices.
3) Install, upgrade, and maintain software applications, operating systems, and drivers across various platforms.
4) Respond to user inquiries, offering technical support and guidance via in-person interactions, phone, email, or remote assistance tools.
4) Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement improvements in hardware and software systems to enhance overall performance and security.
5) Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
6) Assist in the setup and maintenance of network equipment, ensuring seamless connectivity and efficient data flow.
7) Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects related to hardware and software upgrades, migrations, and deployments.

Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology
Freshers are preferred
