Hiring urgently for a well reputed company for the position “Recruitment Specialist.

Job Description:
1) Identify the company hiring needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure its run smoothly.

2) Analyzing recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommending improvements or changes.

3) Support HR Management to implement and Planning of Recruitment strategies.

Recruitment Specialist Requirements:

· At least 3 Years’ Experience in the same role.
· Must be Bilingual.
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Arabic/English.
· Bachelor’s degree.
· From inside Kuwait only.
· Transferable Visa Only.
· Strong Knowledge Base and Technical Skills in Human Resources.
· Computer Literacy and knowledge in MS Office Application.
