-Preparing monthly payroll sheet
--Calculating leave , indemnity , end of service, etc.
-Monitoring the employee attendance
-Following up the employee visa renewal and transfer with Mandoup
- preparing the HR policy and implementing it
-preparing memos, letters, etc
- Having Transferable visa
