Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a background in social media agencies and be proficient in both English and Arabic. This role will involve engaging with clients, requiring a high level of professionalism and presentability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective content strategies across various social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of ads, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns.
• Interact with clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering exceptional service.
• Create engaging and creative social media content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Non-Kuwaiti candidates with proficiency in English and Arabic is must
• 3-4 years of experience in social media, preferably in a social media agency.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Proficiency in content strategy development and social media insights analysis.
• Experience working collaboratively with marketing teams to achieve common goals.
• Highly presentable and able to represent the company effectively in client meetings.
• Preferred: Female candidates.

Remuneration:

• Salary: 250 KD - 300 KD (Based on experience and qualifications)
