Office Manager Requirements:
1. A bachelor degree or equivalent.
2. Five years of experience in office administration
3. Office management experience.
4. Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Office Manager Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing general office operation.
2. Answering incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our clients.
3. Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
4. Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
5. Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
6. Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
7. Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
