We are actively looking to hire a dynamic and highly motivated IT Lead Generation Specialist with over 8 years of experience in IT Sales, Distribution management & CRM in the IT Sector.

Job Description:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing the strategic sales planning.
This candidate should be good at managing and implementing the sales forecasting, planning, and buyer-driven sales, establishing high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency for the sales in the organization.
Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
Work with the Sales, Account Management, and Operations teams to implement targeted sales strategy and achieve goals.
In addition to this, Lead Generation Specialist responsibilities include monitoring of sales reports, setting & meeting annual targets, building mutually beneficial relationships, understanding customer trends and oversee new employee training & continued training for our existing highly talented team of sales executives.


Requirements and skills:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Electronics Sales at a Managerial Level
• Previous experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or Inside Sales Executive (IT Hardware & Software Solutions/IT Infrastructure/IT Security products etc.) for the past 8 years or more is a must.
• Proven ability to manage and lead different IT sales teams.
• Should possess master’s degree or its equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience as Lead Generation Specialist, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from initial plan to close.
• Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
• Proven ability to position products against competitors.
• Must possess excellent listening, negotiation, multi-tasking, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Preference will be given to female workforce who have worked previously in Gulf or have their family in Kuwait.
