We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Specialist to join our team in Kuwait. As a Recruiting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing exceptional talent for our clients across diverse industries. Your deep understanding of Kuwait's job market and proven experience in recruiting will be invaluable in driving our mission forward.

**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize a variety of recruitment methods including online job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screen and assess candidate qualifications, conduct interviews, and present shortlisted candidates to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics, adapting strategies as needed to remain competitive.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on recruitment best practices, market insights, and candidate availability.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in our recruitment database.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven 4 years of experience as a Recruiting Specialist in Kuwait, with a track record of successfully placing candidates across diverse industries.
- Strong understanding of Kuwait's job market, labor laws, and recruitment practices.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and networking.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
