What You’ll Be Doing
Functional Roles and Responsibilities

1- Monitor stock levels to ensure optimum stock handling within the store / outlet.
2- Handle all customer queries and comments to ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner and to the guest’s satisfaction.
3- They are in charge of monitoring employee activity, coordinating the shipping and receiving of merchandise, solving problems at a day-to-day level and assisting customers.
