Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
? Adapt curriculum and instructional materials to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
? Utilize effective teaching strategies, methodologies, and assistive technologies to foster an inclusive learning environment.
? Collaborate with parents, support staff, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for students.
? Monitor student progress, conduct assessments, and provide timely feedback to promote academic and social-emotional growth.
? Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student development and achievements.
Qualifications:
? Any degree preferred.
? Proven experience working with students with special needs.
? Ability to develop and implement IEPs aligned with individual student needs.
? Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
? Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to supporting students with special needs.
