We are looking for Office Admin / Secretary with the following requirements:
- 1-2 years of Experience in Kuwait.
- Immidiete Joiners Only.
- Coordinating with the Executive manager, Operation manager, site Engineers, and other staff.
-Good communication skills, able to assist in telephone calls, and email draftings.
Manages correspondence by answering emails with supplier’s clients Etc.
-Creating invoices, purchase orders Etc.
-Maintaining a proper record of all the invoices, purchase orders etc.
Knowledge of Auto Cad (Mandatory)
Proficient in MS Office
