Job Description: Sales Executive
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join company. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and expanding our client base. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the transportation services industry. This is a commission-based position with a competitive salary package.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and identify potential clients for our employee transportation services.
2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.
4. Present and demonstrate our transportation services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value they bring.
5. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new business.
6. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
7. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth implementation of transportation services for new clients.
8. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
9. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets to the sales manager.
10. Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments to effectively address client needs.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
2. Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in sales.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
8. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
9. Knowledge of employee transportation services and related industry trends.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
