A Kuwait-based Multi-brand Cloud Kitchen concept startup with a unique business model is urgently hiring for the following positions!!

1 - Senior HR Generalist with at least five years experience in Kuwait is a MUST- F&B experience is highly desirable.
The age limit must not exceed 35 years

2 - Experienced R&D Savoury Chef with complete mastery of International cuisine.

3 - Experienced R&D Pastry Chef with complete mastery across all the following sections:
Patisserie, chocolate, Decoration
(Knowledge of Bakery & Viennoiserie and Ice cream is an added advantage.)

Standard requirements for both R&D Chefs:
- Strong R&D and creative culinary capabilities
- Strong Kitchen Management and leadership
- Food products costing.
- Menu engineering and creation.
- Recipe card development with detailed proper Pre-/ cooking procedures.
- Strong Food Safety & Hygiene / HACCP knowledge.
- Strong Quality Control and assurance for optimum food consistency.
-Presentable and charismatic.
-Arabic and English Languages knowledge is a MUST.
- Multi-brands Cloud Kitchen working experience is highly desirable.
- Age must not exceed 45 Years.
