We are looking for Customer Service Agents to join our team.

Here's what we are looking for:
Diploma/Bachelor degree holders
Bilingual
1 year experience in Customer Service/Call Center. Fresh graduates/diploma holders are open to apply.
Flexibility
Discipline
Good communication skills
Capability to handle pressure
Call handling skills
Problem- solving skills
Ready to join immediately or on short notice.

Work Timings : 9am to 5pm (6 days a week) schedule may change as per business requirements
Location : Waha Mall, Dajeej, Farwaniya

Job involves managing customer queries on products/services, pricing, calls handling, attending and resolving customer complaints and providing best customer services to all clients.
