Location: Salmiya
We are located in Salmiya and are IMMEDIATELY HIRING for PR Coordinator/ Head of Administration
Preferable Nationality: Indian, Pakistani, Lebanese.
Working days: Saturday-Thursday, Fridays are off.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Must be able to read, speak, write and type Arabic and English. Fluency in both is a MUST.
2. Handling all the paperwork.
3. Handling the Moh, PACI, MOI and Shuon System.
4. Managing the process of transfer of Iqamas and License.
5. Providing reports daily to the CEO directly.
6. Coordination with the Mandoop and HR Head.
Requirements:
• Must be Honest and Trustworthy.
• Must be on 18 Visa, Transferable.
• Must have experience in MOH, MOI, Shuon on system.
• Diploma or Bachelors to be completed in the respective field.
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills in Arabic and English.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Driving License is preferred.
