ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive finalized forecasts from concerned department.
• Send request and follow up with production team for the required shipments for each station/forecast.
• Preparing export documentation and needed approvals and cargo.
• Negotiate rates and schedules with shippers and establish route maps.
• Communicate with concerned team about documentation needed and work with them to resolve issues.
• Invoicing and record keeping and maintain records of shipped against balance quantities of each forecast.
• Liaise with concerned departments and shipping agency for the loading and dispatch.
• Work on any needed products registrations or missing documents for the upcoming shipments.
• Keeping shipping records up-to-date and accurate.
• Monitor routing and shipments throughout the entire journey.
• Communicate information about rates, shipping options, and timelines to concerned departments and keep them updated of the progress of the shipments.

REQUIRMENTS:
– Minimum 3-year experience in the same field.
– Preferred the candidate who have experience in Logistic and customs companies
– Transferable visa 18 only.
– Preferred candidates who can join immediately.
