Job Title: Web Admin Merchandiser

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Web Admin Merchandiser. As a Web Admin Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our online store and maximizing sales opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and updating product listings, descriptions, and pricing information on the website.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure accurate stock availability.
• Conducting regular audits to identify and resolve any product or content-related issues.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns, including product bundling, discounts, and upselling opportunities.
• Analyzing sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and make data-driven merchandising decisions.
• Optimizing product placement and categorization to enhance product discoverability and increase conversion rates.
• Conducting competitor research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing strategies.
• Assisting in the creation of product images, banners, and other visual assets to support merchandising efforts.
• Ensuring that the website's content, including product descriptions and images, is accurate, up-to-date, and engaging.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in e-commerce merchandising or related roles.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and the ability to optimize product listings for search engines.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tactics.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
