Del Monte Kuwait For General Trading of Foodstuff WLL is looking for Supervisor, Sales from inside Kuwait;

POSITION OVERVIEW, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Maintaining and increasing sales & revenue
· Reaching the targets and goals set for the specific geographical areas
· Establishing, maintaining, and expanding the customer base
· Servicing the needs of existing customers
· Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
· Setting sales targets for individual reps and supervisor
· Compiling and analyzing sales figures
· Handing Key Customers
· Collecting customer feedback and market research
· Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Key Areas of Responsibility for the Role:

· Ensure client complies with the payment terms
· Areas visiting weekly 1 time minimum
· Monitoring for daily sales
· Daily weekly & monthly sales report to Sales Manager Fresh
· Give proposals and enter discussions regarding new products and promotions
· Create business plans
· Create business plan
· Daily Price List update and obtaining approval from Business Unit Manager

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

· Bachelor’s Degree in business administration preferably majors in Sales
· Minimum 3 to 5 years of local sales experience
· Geographic knowledge
· Ability to build relationships with clients
· Product knowledge
· Communication skills
· Negotiation Skills
· Market knowledge
