I would like to announce that our leading carpentry company specialising in furniture manufacturing, is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team. As a rapidly expanding business, we are looking for a skilled Industrial Engineer with a strong background in labor management, and technical knowledge in the field of carpentry and furniture manufacturing.

Position: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations and management of the manufacturing facility.
2. Develop and implement efficient production processes, ensuring optimal use of resources and equipment.
3. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to industry standards.
4. Coordinate with other departments such as design, sales, and procurement to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of products.
5. Manage and lead a team of skilled employees, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
6. Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
7. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
8. Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and expansion.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
3. Minimum of five years of experience in operations management, preferably in the carpentry and furniture manufacturing industry.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of production processes, labor management, and technical aspects of the field.
5. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
6. Proven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives and achieving operational excellence.
7. Familiarity with industry-specific software, tools, and equipment.
8. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
9. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
