Job Description:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Accountant. As a Junior Accountant, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with financial analysis, and supporting the overall financial operations of the company. Responsibilities:

Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Perform routine bookkeeping tasks, such as recording financial transactions, updating ledgers, and reconciling accounts.
Support the month-end and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries and performing account reconciliations.
Help analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.

Collaborate with other teams, such as finance, procurement, and operations, to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Stay updated with the latest accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Prior experience or internships in accounting or finance is a plus.
