Sales Representatives

Job Responsibilities

1. Sales representative has the responsibility to proactively engage customers, qualifying them and providing correct and useful answers to their questions relating to products; and to finally ensure that sales are successfully closed.
2. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Andalus Electronics products in order to provide Clients with accurate and solid information.
3. Guide clients toward the products they have requested in a professional manner.
4. Address customer questions and concerns regarding products, prices, and availability of products.
5. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner in order to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Enter new customer details, and process product purchases into the system while ensuring a high level of information security.
7. Coordinate with the Direct Manager to provide competitors’ information to the concerned departments within Andalus Electronics in order to utilize such information in a profitable manner.
8. Perform ad-hoc activities and other duties related to the job as assigned by Direct Manager.

Terms
1- Bachelor’s degree.
2- Minimum of 0 - 2 years of experience in the sales field.
3- Holding a Transfer 18 visa.
4- Must be in Kuwait.
