Position: IT Helpdesk Support (Female Preferred)

We are looking for a motivated and organized IT Helpdesk Support professional to join our team.
We’re looking for an individual who excels at problem solving, has strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills. Candidates should have a passion for technology and an enthusiasm for learning.
As an IT Help Desk Support professional, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our corporate customers. You will be the primary point of contact for all customer tech inquiries, responding to calls and emails in a timely manner.
You will be expected to identify technical problems and assign an Engineer to troubleshoot issues, analyze, and research solutions, provide assistance and communicate effectively with corporate customers.
Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining updated records of technical support and customer information.
Required skills/qualifications:
• Experience working with end-users in a help-desk environment
• Understanding of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

2. Technical Support – Engineers

The prospective candidate must possess:
• Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science.
• Proven work experience of least 3 to 5 years in IT.
• Experience with operating system, configuration of switches and Access Points, Local Networks and remote networks, Surveillance.
• Knowledge in D365 (Microsoft dynamics ERP).
• MCSE, CCNA Certified Preferable.
• With Kuwait Driving License Preferable.
• Only Open to applicants residing in Kuwait (transferable visa)
• Open to Immediate joiners only
