Required Senior Research Assistant

- Experience: 3 Years
- Qualifications: Master’s Degree
- With strong background in mammalian tissue culture (adherent cell lines/primary cells of murine and human origin)
- With strong background in fundamental molecular biology, biochemical, and serological techniques, including (but not limited to): ELISA, qRT-PCR, Western blotting
- With strong background in routine cultivation of fungi
- With strong background in working under biosafety level 2 (BSL-2) conditions
- Preffered with background in clinical/medical mycology and immunology
- Preffered with background in confocal laser scanning microscopy
- Preffered familiarity with biosafety level 3 (BSL-3) working conditions
