We are well established company for facilities management in Kuwait with 20 years of experience in Kuwait, we are looking for an operation manager.

* Operation cum sales manager – Cleaning Services.
We undertake annual maintenance contact (AMC) of Kitchen hood cleaning, HVAC duct cleaning, carpet & Sofa cleaning, water tank cleaning, drainage cleaning, ecological unit servicing, grease trap cleaning and general cleaning. We are hiring experienced operation manager from the same industry.

*Operation cum sales manager - Building Maintenance.
Overlook day to day operation and maintenance works, based on requirement from client schedule and perform works, prepare quote and share with client, perform site visits and validate work completion, prepare reactive and preventive work activities, perform manpower schedule and other necessary activities.

Role: Operation Manager cum sales manager who will be responsible for overall business activities as well as business development in Kuwait.

Responsibilities: -
Sales and execution of projects, managing sales performance, work supervision and completion up to the customer satisfaction, meeting clients, manage the team and assign works to complete daily assigned jobs, high level reporting to management etc.

Experience: Should have strong communication skills, English and Hindi must (Arabic is an advantage). More than 5 years of experience in similar field and similar responsibilities. Kuwait driving license is a must.
