An Ecommerce leading company with multiple brands is hiring a “Delivery/Fleet Supervisor” with the following qualifications.

Main tasks include:
? Ensuring day to day accurate processing of orders, returns, refunds, according to a set KPIs
? Ensure Overall SLA is monitored at order level is Fulfilled and Delivered within the promised delivery timings
? Ensure resolving any miss-pick, Excess-Pick, Wrong Pick as soon as possible with coordination with relevant team members and Customer care Dept.
? Reporting of damage (if any) to the respective team for replacement, investigating the purpose, and accordingly informing the respective ID to finance for the deduction.
? Coordinate with inventory team to follow up with the items not available or damage items.
? Other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications & Skills:
? College degree or equivalent required.
? + 3 years of work experience in relevant field
? Excellent communication skills, Arabic & English
? Must have geographical knowledge of Kuwait.
? Work organizing and delegation.
? Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
