We are looking for an experienced VAM Coordinator to join the School of Admin team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the school’s Virtual Academic Master (VAM) system is maintained and updated, and that the staff are properly trained in its use.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and manage effective VAM processes and procedures.
• Ensure all data is accurate and up to date in the management system.
• Maintain asset management records, reports, and metrics.
• To Follow management processes, policies, and procedures.
• Track and monitor asset related expenses.
• Collaborate with the Procurement and IT teams to ensure effective and efficient asset management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
