• Performs general control of stock and supplier maintenance
• Complete standard procedures to invoice the required parts and perform all processes / protocols for import of stock
• Assist Commercial Manager in daily department operations as support function into warehousing, logistics and deliveries.
• Coordinate with Finance department for Supplier Payment.
• Document all supplier claims & on-time credits against yearly/ periodical warranty.
• Support in the execution of procedures for stocks - in & out and complete all related documentation & filing
• Coordinate with the Warehouse Team to ensure proper Stock management on the basis of first-in-first-out & space control; Support in other Warehousing Activities as specified by the Commercial Manager
• Support in warranty products documentation, settlements, claims and accounting as appropriate
• Ensures proper house-keeping, renewal of relevant licenses and adherence to safety norms in the warehouses.
