We are currently seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, developing financial strategies, and ensuring the overall financial health of the company.

Responsibilities:

Manage financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting
Oversee accounting and financial reporting processes
Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws
Monitor and manage cash flow to optimize financial performance
Provide financial guidance to senior management and department heads
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws
Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial software applications
