A well known reputed delivery company is hiring operation supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

Follow up on daily basis with drivers and make sure they execute procedures according to company standards
v Monitor and improve Rider Performance and Compliance

v Manage rider roster with proper allocation of shifts/breaks/off-days etc

Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.
Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
Ensure that team maintains high level of competence, service delivery and operational excellence.

Skills:

Good Communication.
delivery experience, leadership, problem solving, computer competences, and training abilities Team work.
E-Mailing.
Training- Verbal & visual ability.


Qualification:



Any Degree/Diploma
Min 3 years of Experience in E-commerce Field.
MS-Office
