We are seeking an IT Officer to join our Tender & Contracting Department team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our information technology systems to ensure that they meet the needs of our business.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company's information technology systems
Provide technical support to end-users
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
Ensure the security and integrity of company data
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems are meeting business needs
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for system improvements
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT role
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common business software
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
