A reputed company in Kuwait is looking for :
Sr. HR Generalist/Senior HR Officer

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS: MBA in HRM or Equivalent, Excellent Communication Skills, High ethical values, Strong problem solving, interpersonal and negotiation skills. • Knowledge of principles, policies & practices of personnel & HR administration.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in any reputed Company.

LANGUAGE: Bilingual - Ability to read, write and speak English required & Arabic preferred

ROLES & RESPONSIBILTIES: HR Management including IR, Labor Law, HR Policies development and implementation, Compensation and Benefits Administration, General Administration, Facilities Management, Statutory Compliance, Liaising with Government Officials. Personnel Management and HRD.
