Areas of Practice: specialized in corporate transactional matters and regularly representing private equity and corporate clients in wide variety of matters, including corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures; conducting legal due diligence, drafting, reviewing and negotiating term sheets, share purchase agreements, subscription agreements, shareholders agreements and escrow agreements up to closing and consistently providing clients with legal opinions and advices on different matters of law.
