Visa: Transferable (Only residents of Kuwait )
Qualification : Bachelor's degree
Experience : Well experienced in Sales of Automotive companies , Kuwait
Should be able to speak English and Arabic fluently
Able to join immediately or in short notice

Job Description :

* Attends and participates in all sales meetings, weekly conference calls, and trade shows working with sales management and marketing to develop regional and individual targets, to design and implement sales strategies for the territory, and to recommend new product selection for ease of sales, quality, and durability
* Coordinates all sales and marketing to new and established customers in the assigned area ensuring that all customers are provided with superior information and support
* Support global sales and marketing initiatives
* Drive alignment by connecting sales functions to marketing, technical, supply chain, manufacturing and other key functions
* Coach and develop local market sales leaders and teams (including one-on-ones, professional development, ) to generate world class sales multiplatform results and ensure plans and best practices are implemented and tracked
* Identify sales growth opportunities, market challenges, and work with sales representatives to develop and implement innovative action plans
* Coordinating all elements of the QSS functional departments towards penetrating the Tier 1’s and OEMs and meeting commitments made to these prospects/customers
* Direct sales representatives and assist them with complex negotiations and sales strategies
* Manage district sales activities to achieve assigned sales, margins, and related objectives
* Actively manages account base while seeking to optimize participation, profitability, forecasting, inventory management, and shipping performance
