-Maintain Vendor details, Specifications, Price indications of regularly bought items.
-Generate inquiries and solicit quotations from suppliers and RFQ from project and departments.
-Negotiate for price, payment, delivery .
-Assist vendors in getting their settlements for the orders.
-Cordinate insurance functions, supply agreements.
