- Arab National- Bilingual - Speak and Write Both English and Arabic
- Minimum of 4 years experience as an Operations Supervisor or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of event management
- Event Planning.

Purpose of the position:
Develop, review and carry out the operations business plan.
Key of responsibilities & duties
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
- Motivating and supervising employees
- Coordinates and reviews activities of staff with supervision
- Provide assistance and direction to employees
- Support worker communication with the management and other departments
- Coordinate and manage the ice rink operations schedules
- Direct and oversee monthly maintenance checks
- Communicate job expectations, planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributes
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Planning events and competitions - Designs, coordinates, and implements training programs for personnel within the company
- Performs other duties as required.
