• 7-10 years of experience in operation .
• General brand management experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Power Point/Word.
• Sales forecasting and phasing
• Staff cost budgeting
• Direct controllable expense planning
• Store opening experience

Main Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day store operations within assigned area or responsibility
Must have experience in retails industry
• Ability to lead multi-site regional operations and Area Managers and their employees
• Collaborate with department leaders to create strategic plans aligned with company objectives
• Develop processes for store operations
• Performance evaluations experience
• Monitor and control inventory for the assigned AOR
• Proven track record of successful sales targets achievement and marketing campaigns execution
• Collect data and analyze reports to inform decision-making
