Senior Digital Executive Required for Marketing Agency with below responsibilities:
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns
• Oversee a social media strategy
• Manage and maintain the company's website
• Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts such as (Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/Snap Chat/Google+)
• Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports
• Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate , increasing dwell time or improving conversation.
• Continually work on the search engine optimization of the website(s)
• Fix any errors or bugs in online content
• Edit and post videos , podcasts and audio content to online sites
• Arrange webinars and webcasts
• Write copy for email marketing campaigns
• Identity new trends in digital marketing , evaluate new technologies and ensure the brand is at the forefront of industry developments , Particularly developments in mobile marketing.
• Work on printed material to supplement online products
• Logging and processing support calls
• installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
• planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
• setting up accounts for staff, ensuring that they know how to log in
• solving password problems
• talking to clients and computer users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter
• responding to breakdowns
• investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
• repairing equipment and replacing parts
• supervising junior engineering and technical staff
• obtaining replacement or specialist components, fixtures or fittings
• checking computer equipment for electrical safety
• maintaining records of software licenses
• managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies
