Job Summary: The Assistant Marketing In-charge is responsible for managing the digital & conventional marketing aspects of the marketing function, websites, promotion advertisement, competition benchmark, marketing materials, staff events, and social media.
Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget
• Study and Analyze customer feedback and customer service index, recommend solutions and action plans to address customer feedback, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
• Assisting the Marketing In-charge in developing a marketing strategy and planning its implementation in line with the business objectives.
• Participate in the designing and implementing of loyalty programs
• Oversee all company social media accounts
• Measure and manage online content
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of account-specific SEO “Search Engine Optimization“ best practices, pricing policies, media assets, inventory, and/or pre-orders.
• Analyzing market trends, industry statistics, market size, and market share for company products and recommending changes in marketing tactical plans to increase market share.
• Planning and overseeing the creation and delivery of all communication materials (Online/Offline).
• Ensuring brand messages are consistent.
• Deepening the relationships with key accounts and partners to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
• Planning and executing digital & offline marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Being aware of budget constraints and using cost management processes to control key areas of budget/expenditure and reporting regularly to the marketing In-charge as part of budget discussions.
• Briefing and liaising with external agencies, to produce creative and compelling advertising, PR digital, and promotional advertising campaigns that will drive footfall and repeat visits to the company.
• Ensuring online customer engagement, and monitoring the response
• Monitoring market changes and competitor activities and reporting the same to management accordingly.
• Possess the ability to train others – pass on knowledge within the organization.
* Minimum 2-3years of experience in relevant field.
*Transferrable residence with good communication skills preferred.
